Joseph Carnevales community service should be to stand next to this awesome traffic monster, which he created, and charge people to take photos with it $$$ the money could be donated to building better roads or to orphans. You can buy a lot of stuff on CL, make money in various ways...but you can not do it as a lady of the night, if you know what im saying. I wish cops could focus on violent crimes instead of people busting a nut.
