If you have a dog, or are thinking of getting a dog, do NOT RENT THIS APARTMENT. The landlord is very intrusive respective to your pooch and will actually try and keep track of how often, when, and for how long you walk and/or spend time with your dog. Regardless of how often, when, or for how long you walk and/or spend time with your dog (even if you get a dog walker while you are at work during the day), she WILL invade your privacy and make living in the apartment EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE.
(I felt the need to warn other dog lovers/owners about this living situation. If you don't have a dog or don't plan on getting a dog while living in the apartment, the apartment is pretty decent for the money.)
