hey y'all. i'm super tired. my right eye has been twitching from fatigue all day, meaning that in addition to being weary, i'm paranoid that i look like a serial killer. i'm about to go to sleep like an old lady, but i wanted to share this with you first.
craigslist is amazing, of course, but there is something to be said for human interaction. a musty array of furs from someone's grandma's closet, say, or the joy of finding a jere piece for $6 - just lying on the FLOOR! - minutes before a flea market closes.
have you ever walked by the dregs of a yard sale and wished, while surveying the picked over remains, that you'd gotten the tip early enough to swoop in and make a killing?

yard sale treasure map is so many things at once. scanning yard sales, estate sales, flea markets, and even rummage events. it pulls sales from one of my favorite magical sites (craigslist) and posts the information via another one of my favorite magical sites (google maps).
you can read the descriptions of each individual sale, delete unwanted stops, make a complete route (especially handy when you're relying on zipcar!), then print and go, see, conquer!
this particular saturday, of course, you all have a hot date with us. but AFTER that, i can't wait to try this one weekend soon - bring on the gems!
