"This may not actually be a General Fireproofing/Goodform brand chair, as the base is different and there is no logo plate on the back. I actually have not flipped it over yet to take a look. Either way, its solid, heavy as ever, and its free to reupholster.
It is green vinyl back with a beat-up fabric seat."
