Get apartment insurance. My brother's place was broken into. The robbers took everything, even his jeans! Imagine a water pipe bursts or you’re your upstairs neighbors have a plumbing problem and the ceiling falls in. Or your building goes up in flames. Not fun. Anyways, before something shitty happens…get apartment insurance. It's super cheap. My plan is a bit expensive at $23 a month but I'm covered if anyone slips and falls on a taco. Keep in mind, your landlord will fix the window or door the robbers busted up but the landlord will not replace your video games, jewelry, money, peace of mind…Its super easy to get it, if you have a car ask your car insurance people or call your alumina office because they often have discounts with various insurance companies.

Dude, I'm pretty sure a taco would NEVER end up on the floor during taco night at your place! The horror! That s*** only leaves my hands when it is safely in my mouth!
