Wanna move? I have used CL for all of my housing needs. I pay the Realtor fee with glee because they have helped me find a decent places and bargained with the landlord to lower the rent...let me move sooner...and other good things. But, I must admit that when I am apt searching I am searching 24/7 until what I want pops up. Last time I made a list of the things I wanted and decided on what would be deal breakers (no carpets!). I didn't get carpets, thank gawd, but I did get an apartment with the wonkiest wooden floors...slanted doesn't do it justice.
