No GEMS for you Uganda. Its a shame, shame shame. When I was 15 I started a GLBT group within the youth center I spent most of my time in. When I became a freshman in high school I started meeting with my schools superintendent to get his support in starting a GLBT group. I knew I could start one without his approval, but I wanted to get the top dogs backing in case teachers retaliated. Our group created the best public service announcement ever...aw, fun times. Anyways, this time the rest of the world is the Top DOG and we need to let Uganda know that this law is unacceptable.
