New Place New Stuff

I'm moving next month to a super cute apartment with a brand new kitchen. I can't wait to not cook in it! I'm really excited about the little deck that faces the back of the house and i'm sort of worried about getting lost in the apt because the rooms are not all lined up. The layout is like a plus sign. I've already got confused once about where the second bedroom was (it was listed as a 2br with a living room, kitchen, bathroom (yay!) and sweet sweet closet space).  It's not a big ass apartment. I think I was just overwhelmed with it being real and awesome. This was the most difficult apartment search i've done. Everything is so damned expensive and crappy. 

I found the apt through NextDoor - I highly recommend that app. It's super neighborly and will clog your mailbox with crap, but it's worth it. 

I need a new sofa, the Reese from Room and Board is the top contender. I haven't decided on the color yet. 

Oh, and going through CL these past few weeks looking for gems has kind of been a drag. So much expensive crap - I wonder, if Elizabeth Warren gets our student loans forgiven...will the prices on CL go down? Mmmm, dreams.

I'm going to need two stools (with backs!) for the new place. Any suggestions?

Another story:
I stayed at an AirBnB a couple of months ago and they had a nespresso machine and a billion capsules - I drank so much coffee! It was delicious. So I got one today :) They are currently deeply discounted on Bloomingdales and on Bed Bath and Beyond.
